By Participant: Cancellations more than 14 days before the event receive full refund minus administrative fee. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant

By SSP Multiconsult: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events. Participants will receive full refunds or alternative dates

Force majeure events may necessitate cancellation without liability
8.3 Certificates and CPD Points

Certificates of completion are issued to participants who attend the full program

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points are subject to approval by relevant professional bodies

We assist with CPD documentation but cannot guarantee acceptance by all bodies
8.4 Participant Conduct
Participants must:

Attend scheduled sessions punctually

Respect other participants and instructors

Not record or distribute course materials without permission

Comply with venue rules and regulations
